CNC Beam Processing Center BD series

BD series (8 CNC Axis) is designed for processing large size profiles up tp 1250 x 600mm,equipped with 3 drilling units. Itcan provide high efficient drilling capacity with wide range of hole diameters. All these 3 drilling units can work simultaneously on the web and flanges of the beam.There're two measurement discs which are equipped with encoders,beingfixedfront and back of the machine to measure the length for drilling.After drilling, the marking unit can mark pre-set characters on the flange with Max. depth 2mm, which will be clear enough even after HD galvanizing, shot blasting or other surface treatment. FMC designed specialized software for BD series, which can read AutoCAD(*.dxf drawings) andTekla (X-Steel: *.dstv) directly, also support manual (increasement) input. FMC Provide Material Handling System to suit different sizes of profile to combine with the BD series drilling machine for workpieces positioning.
