TPD3-HD is a upgraded Punching, high-speed Drilling and Marking system for plate based on TPD3. It is equipped with a high speed drilling spindle with Max. rotation speed 1500rpm and Max. drilling thickness 35mm. The 2 CNC movable work-tables can fit for different size of plate with Max. dimenssion 1500 x 800mm, Upgrade clamping system with two wide range pinches beside the work-table holds the pre-cut plate moving stably to the working section assuring the high precision while processing. A marking tools can be fixed instead one of the punching dies for numbering on the plate. TPD3-HD has a frendly operation panel. The machine iscapable to readAutoCAD(*.dxf drawings) andTekla(X-Steel: *.dstv) directly without manually inputing mass technical data, also it supports manual programming.
